Servicing and maintenance is crucial to ensure optimal performance, reduced running costs and to ensure equipment longevity with both Air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
A well maintained Air conditioner is likely to cost less to run, reduce the chance of costly breakdown, and maximise the lifespan of the system.
Please note that at Coolrite, we offer a full mechanical service and clean, and are licenced accordingly! Some other service providers will offer a clean only service, and do not service the mechanical operation of your equipment!

Wall Split A/C Service
$140+GST ($154 inc GST)
Includes:
Filter Clean
Chemical Spray evaporator Coil (kills bacteria and eliminated odours)
Clean and inspect condenser coil
Test drain/condensate pump clear and operational
Check temperatures
Test run and full operation check
Refrigerant charge check and electronic leak test
Electrical components and wiring inspection
Service report detailing any faults of recommendations
*For very dirty air conditioners, or if there is a build up of mould/dirt on the fan scroll of the indoor unit, the technician will advise you of this, and give you the option to upgrade to a full strip down and clean of the fan scroll and internal surfaces behind, at an additional cost of $88 (inc gst).
Ducted A/C Service
$200+GST ($220 inc GST)
Includes:
Return grill and filter clean
Chemical clean and de-odorise evaporator coils
Check/ flush drains
Check temperatures
Clean and inspect condenser coil
Check condenser fans and guards
Inspect refrigerant pipework and Insulation
Refrigerant charge check and electronic leak test
Zone motor operation check
Duct inspection for collapse or leakage
Electrical components and wiring inspection
Inspection report detailing any faults or recommendations
**Replacement filter media:
Replacement filter media: $66* (inc GST)
Ducted filters will often require the media replacing periodically. During the operating life and cleaning of the filter, the media can stretch and or tear and become much less effective at catching the contaminants in the air. During a service visit our service mechanic will advise on the condition of your filter media, and can supply and install replacement 10mm G2/3 media during the service visit for an additional $66 inc GST if required^.
^Price per filter up to 1000mm x 600mm in size 10mm G2/3 grade, for larger sizes or different types of filters, please request a quote. This price is extra and in addition to the service visit cost.
